PingTab — transfer operations with live guest tracking
Most transfer businesses still run on spreadsheets and message threads: a booking here, a driver assignment there, and a phone that rings every time a guest wants to know where the car is. PingTab gives the operations team one structured record per transfer, and gives the guest a single live link.
Driver apps for Android & iOS
Assign a driver and vehicle, then hand the trip to our native driver app. Drivers share location from the phone they already carry — no tracking hardware to install.
Branded live tracking links
Every trip gets a private tracking page carrying the operator's own logo and colours. The guest opens a link — no app download, no account, no login.
Timed trip notifications
Driver assignment alerts, pickup reminders, and tracking links are queued and delivered ahead of pickup over WhatsApp, SMS, and email.
Teams and organisations
Invite colleagues with owner, manager, and member roles. Every record is isolated per organisation, so agencies can keep their clients separate.
Trip history & guest feedback
Completed transfers, route history, ratings, and written feedback stay on the record, so service problems surface before the client raises them.

From booking to arrival, in four steps

Create the transfer
The operations team enters the pickup, drop-off, time, and guest details — or clones a saved package.

Assign a driver
A driver and vehicle are attached to the trip and the driver receives the job on their phone.

The guest gets a link
A branded tracking link goes out before pickup. The guest watches the car approach in real time.

Arrival is logged
Pickup and completion are recorded against the trip, along with any rating or feedback the guest leaves.
Messaging
How we use WhatsApp and SMS
A transfer only works if the right person gets the right detail at the right moment. Regnes Technologies uses the WhatsApp Business Platform, alongside SMS and email, to deliver transactional trip notifications on behalf of the businesses that use PingTab.
- Who receives messages Drivers assigned to a trip, and guests whose contact details the operator entered when booking that trip. We do not buy, rent, or scrape contact lists.
- What we send Transactional notifications tied to a specific booking: driver and vehicle assignment, pickup reminders ahead of the scheduled time, the live tracking link, and one-time verification codes for account and driver sign-in.
- Approved templates only WhatsApp notifications are sent using message templates submitted to and approved by Meta. The template text is fixed; only booking details such as name, time, and link vary.
- Opting out Anyone can stop receiving messages by replying to ask us to stop, or by writing to support@pingtab.com. We remove the number from further notifications.
- Data handling Contact details are used to deliver the notifications for the booking they belong to, and are held under the PingTab privacy policy.
